Individual Program Design
Are you unsure of what to do when you tackle your workout for the day or walk into the gym? If so, an individualized program may be for you. This program includes 8 weeks of programming designed to suit your needs, based on the equipment that you have access to and 1-2 virtual sessions to show you the program and the exercises within it.
