About Me

Hey there, I’m Ashlee Pedlow.

I’m a small town girl who has an obsession with country music, summer days, sunshine, bonfires, reading and health and fitness.

I love long walks and hikes, listening to podcasts, all dressed chips, pizza and curling up with my hubby and cat under a plethora of blankets. My friends and family are the things I hold dearest in life.

I’m a University of Guelph Human Kinetics grad and a graduate of Niagara College’s Exercise Science for Health and Performance program (Graduate program). All of this lead me to a designation as a Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology – Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I am also a American Council of Exercise Group Fitness Instructor, a Girls Gone Strong Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach, and trained in the Functional Movement Screening Assessment. That is all pretty much a big, fancy and boring way of saying I have 5 years of post-secondary education and 5 years of continuing education and experience working in the health and fitness field.

I aim to serve the world by educating women on how to become their best selves and conquer the world. Every woman deserves the tools and resources to live their happiest, healthiest life in a way that fits into their lifestyle and doesn’t add more stress.

I have a soft spot for mommas and mommas-to-be, as I feel prenatal and postnatal fitness is an under served population. I aim to help moms thrive from pre-conception through pregnancy and into their new and exciting reality postpartum. I hope to remove the stigma for new moms to strive for their “pre-baby” body and help them celebrate their bodies for what they have done, what they are able to do and what they will be able to do in the future.

I am lucky to give clients education and inspire them to live out their dreams and pursue their goals. Teaching and empowering women is my health and fitness mission. I aim to help women break down barriers and challenge their limiting beliefs while collaborating and guiding them towards the best version of themselves.

Health, fitness and wellness is a part of who I am, and a part of my core values. I believe these things have the power to build up each and every one of us and lead us to a stronger tomorrow while celebrating what we have today.
